What the role looks like:
As a Benefits Coordinator, you'll be connecting with individuals in the Englwood area who have already expressed interest in health insurance and life benefits options. You'll guide conversations, explain coverage clearly, answer questions, and help people understand their next step. The workflow is structured and repeatable — meaning the more you work the process, the more natural and productive it becomes.
You'll step into a system with consistent daily activity already built in. No cold outreach from scratch. No hunting for your own leads. Just focused communication with people who are already interested.
