Job Description

Position Summary:

Responsible for planning, directing, and executing capital construction projects, ensuring timely delivery within budget. Manages contractors, oversees project scope, and maintains quality, safety, and compliance standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and manage project schedules, ensuring alignment with timelines and budgets
• Review contract scope and assess impact of changes, directives, and client requirements
• Drive change orders, including cost estimation, proposal preparation, and negotiations
• Monitor and communicate project progress, risks, and financial status to stakeholders
• Lead project meetings and coordinate with consultants, contractors, and subcontractors
• Oversee construction management, quality control, and safety compliance
• Ensure designs and specifications meet required codes and standards
• Manage subcontractors and maintain project documentation and reporting

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, Project Management, or related field (Master’s preferred)
• 5+ years of construction/project management experience (new construction, renovations, MEP, critical environments)
• 5+ years of management experience
• 3+ years in facilities maintenance, plant operations, or engineering services
• Proficiency in MS Office, MS Project, Procore, and Bluebeam
• OSHA 30 certification (or ability to obtain within 120 days)
