SUMMARY: Provides administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office, including processing payroll, status changes, pre-employment and new hire paperwork; answering telephones and interacting with customers and employees; and maintaining operational and personnel documents.

Minimum of a high school diploma or general education degree (GED) and one to three years of related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Basic Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook Web, and other computer knowledge. Basic knowledge of Payroll reporting and Kronos is a bonus, but not a requirement.
Ability to add, subtract, multiply and divide in liquid units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions and decimals.
No certifications needed.
This job has no direct supervisory responsibilities.
