Part-Time Administrative Assistant

We are a boutique law firm in Carlsbad and Laguna Niguel practicing in Trusts & Estates. Our legal team needs help as we are growing rapidly.

If you have prior experience in a law firm or in a professional setting or have done clerical work in the past and you are looking for an opportunity to work with an awesome team that enjoys helping others , our firm may be the work family you’ve been looking for. Our Estate Planning law firm is looking for someone who is focused, has a high attention to detail and is comfortable with a fast-paced work environment. This position is part-time, Monday through Friday, four hours per day in the afternoon in our Carlsbad office. Compensation is $22/hour.

We need our new teammate to join us and help us with the following:

Responsibilities:

  • Answer phones
  • Process new client design files
  • Print documents and place in client binder or portfolio
  • Prepare client binders/portfolios for notary
  • Scan client documents after signings to firm drive
  • Copy client documents to flash drive
  • Schedule client’s binder/portfolio pickups
  • Miscellaneous tasks to assist legal team
  • Scan files in file room to server
