We have locations is Jacksonville, Tampa, Orlando, and Miami. This job is specifically for the Tampa location.
POSITION SUMMARY
FPT is seeking a skilled and dependable Technician to join our Tampa team. This is a hands-on, shop-floor role responsible for diagnosing, troubleshooting, and repairing mobile hydraulic systems, drivetrain components, and performing product installations. JOB DUTIES
• Work with differentials, manual transmissions, and product installations
• Perform maintenance and repairs
• Troubleshooting and implementing reliable solutions
• Work independently with team-minded goals
• Manage multiple jobs and prioritize work effectively
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS
• Experience troubleshooting and diagnosing hydraulic & electrical systems
• Welding and fabrications
• Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills
• Attention to detail and pride in quality workmanship
• Ability to prioritize work in a fast-paced shop environment
• Motivated, committed, and coachable
• Must have a proper, full set of tools required to perform all job duties
